Description: Scholarship ($26,000/year for 3.5 years) is available to undertake research into graphene-based energy storage devices. Top-ups can be negotiated if candidates are able to secure Monash scholarships. Opportunity to collaborate with leading scientists in Australia and abroad exist.

Background: An undergraduate or master’s degree in electrochemistry, materials science, chemical or mechanical engineering. Experience in research and publications is highly desirable.

Essential skills: Good written and oral communication skills, ability to work in a collaborative environment, time management and ability to deliver on deadlines.
